Good morning, Ford fans! Saturday at Ford Fest 2023 has arrived, and the excitement is through the roof! It's time to kick things into high gear as we dive headfirst into a day filled with Blue Oval thrills and adrenaline-pumping action.
What's on the Menu: Today, Beech Bend Raceway transforms into a battleground where Ford's finest machines will compete for supremacy. From drag racing to autocross, the roar of engines and the screech of tires will be your soundtrack. Car Show participants fill the rolling green hills around the racetracks. Beech Bend Splash Lagoon water park will be open for car show participants too!
Circle Track Showdown: And that's not all, folks! We're taking a trip down memory lane as Beech Bend Raceway returns to its circle track roots. Specially built Ford Crown Vics will trade paint on the 3/8-mile oval in the Ford Festival 50! Pro drivers Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Chelsea Denofa will go door-to-door. It's a clash you won't want to miss.
Drifters Delight: The Drift Exhibition at Ford Fest is an absolute crowd favorite, and today is no exception! Ford-powered drift cars of all kinds will hit the stage to rip fun laps around Beech Bend Raceway. Get ready for tire-squealing action from Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Chelsea DeNofa, the Professional Fun Havers.
Tonight: Tonight, car show award winners will parade the track, along with some drifting exhibitions, and the original BigFoot will do a lap around the track—and don't miss the Burnout Challenge, sponsored by TorqStorm superchargers.

If you want to be the Grand Champion of the Intergalactic Ford Festival, not only do you need to be a jack of all trades, but you need to master them as well! Grand Champion competitors must hit the dyno, autocross, 3S, and the drag strip to accumulate points and establish the Grand Champion. This event is a favorite for competitors as it allows them to test their driving skills across multiple disciplines while getting the most track time of any class at Ford Fest. While a lot of the hustle and bustle at Ford Fest comes from the drag strip, there's an ample amount of excitement taking place on the autocross. There are plenty of specialized Mustangs ready to attack the coned course, you'll also find plenty of less common Blue Ovals and interesting swapped rides scrapping for autocross supremacy. While the majority of the Intergalactic Ford Festival takes place on asphalt, our off-road portion allows some of our more safety-averse participants to get down and dirty on Beech Bend's off-road course. The 3S Challenge is a combination of the best parts of both drag racing and autocross. This heads-up event pits two cars against each other in a drag race... where they also turn and stop. The excitement at Ford Fest 2023 isn't just limited to the incredible machines and heart-pounding action on the track. It's also about the personalities and influencers who bring their unique style and passion for all things Ford to the event. We had the pleasure of a special photoshoot with some of the most prominent names in the Ford community. They've come from all corners of the country, and even Canada, each bringing their own special flavor to the festivities. Sleeper Dude is back, with his Pinto burnout car! The Old Car Channel brought a '68 Firebird with a Godzilla engine swap--a sight to behold. It's a fusion of classic muscle and modern power. The guys at Tred Wear unveiled a jaw-dropping new Bronco build. Jared Pink of The Questionable Garage with his Plymouth that's now been to LS Fest, MoParty, and Ford Fest in the same year (the first to do that).
